IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is no minimum size of an order.  We accept all order big or small. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders are taken by phone, email or text messaging. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Every rental has a minimum of a daily rate even if a rental is returned the same day.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Orders must be made two days in advance to gaurantee your rental will be avaliable.  Should you need same day rental or next day rental it is recommended to call and make you reservation for your items.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

You may change or cancel anytime; however, late changes may not always be possible if we are completely booked for the same day.  It is always best to call to make changes to your order.  If booked through an agent the 10% deposit is non refundable.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Yes, you can always call us at 270-8453 should there be a defect in your rental or be shorted at delivery. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Payments are required in full on the day of delivery or at the time of pick up.  Cash is King and accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, however;  we are not currently set up to take payments online, but we are working to make this possible in the very near future.
